Hi, my name is Sophie Margolin. I am 26 years old. I was born in Houston, Texas. In 2019 I graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a BFA in Illustration.
My art is an emotional release, a method of self-soothing. The primary way I deal with intense emotional pain is through drawing pictures. I also make comics (please go to my Instagram to view those). I work almost exclusively with traditional media. My favorites are gouache, graphite, and colored pencil.
